School is really stressing me out, what can I do to relieve the stress?
I can definitely help you out with the stress of school because, I often get super stressed too! One of the ways I relieve stress is by exercising! It does not have to be anything really intense, just a mere walk is very helpful in relieving stress. Exercise burns away the chemicals like cortisol and norepinephrine that cause stress. Another thing I suggest, keep a journal and just vent. Letting your feelings out is very helpful verses holding them in. Getting your emotions out is as if taking a million pounds off your shoulders. Do anything! Talking to family, friends, or even a counselor is also a healthy way to relieve stress. Talk, laugh, cry, and express your anger when you need to.
